Our renovation is starting. We took this property over in January 6, 2016 and are finally getting around to our planned renovation. We have a 3 year plan, and if everything works out great the Hampton community will have a great renovated hotel. As we start ripping out the older furniture and carpets, year 1 will include a painting of all 2nd floor rooms, bathrooms, new furniture, mattresses, carpeting, lighting and soft goods. We hope to continue on with this and to have a completed hotel renovation by 2018! Stay tuned..
